On temperature management in vehicles and IDC connectors

Kolektor Mobility, d. o. o., one of the most reliable global providers of integrated solutions for the automotive and other industries, will showcase innovative temperature management components for automobiles and IDC connectors (Insulation Displacement Connection) at Coiltech Germany 2025. The event will take place on March 26-27, 2025, in Augsburg.
At booth 2-E06, Kolektor Mobility’s technical and commercial team will present advanced solutions (components) for thermal management in vehicles and IDC connectors. The presentation will also feature commutators, a product in which the company has a long-standing tradition, having manufactured over 10 billion units in its 60+ year history.
Modern vehicles rely on advanced thermal management systems, incorporating liquid cooling, heat pumps, and smart sensors to optimize energy consumption and extend the lifespan of components.
"For efficient cooling and heating—and thus maximizing vehicle performance—every small component matters. Our goal is to provide parts that help vehicle manufacturers achieve the highest efficiency," explains Uroš Likar, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Kolektor Mobility, adding: "We focus specifically on developing components for electric water pumps, cooling and expansion valves, and other solutions, including rotors, connector covers, various housings, and IDC solutions."
IDC technology will be a key highlight of the exhibition, as it enables fast and efficient wiring, reduces labour costs and assembly time, and is particularly well-suited for applications with limited space.
