Kov d.o.o. has become a part of Kolektor group

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the acquisition of Kov d.o.o. The company located in Jesenice, now renamed Kolektor KOV d.o.o., has joined the Kolektor Technologies Group and will continue its tradition in metalworking. With this acquisition, we aim to strengthen our capabilities, expand our areas of operation, and consolidate our market presence.
This acquisition represents an important step for our further growth and development. It brings additional opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and expansion of our product portfolio. Our values and vision remain unchanged – we will work together to achieve our goals and realize the potential we see in this integration.
The new company will maintain its independence under the leadership of its current director, Anže Mrak, and the entire team of 63 employees. We believe that collaboration with our new colleagues from Kolektor KOV d.o.o. will bring positive synergies.
The company specializes in the production of complex steel structures and welded components, welding of non-ferrous and ferrous materials, mechanical engineering, and the manufacturing of complex mechanical parts according to customer specifications. The company has obtained the SIST EN 1090-2 and EN ISO 3834-2 certificates.
The company generates annually around 9 million EUR in net sales revenue, with over 1 million EUR in net profit, and it aims for a growth rate of 5-10%. Thank you for your trust and support in this important transition. We look forward to the successes we will achieve together!
